Shifting calories is a similar cocept to what bodybuilders have been doing for years to cut fat - many of them call it cycling. It definitely works!

This is some interesting info that I haven't yet seen before. I've seen just about all of the diet plans out there but this one strikes me as unique and intriguing, perhaps I'll have to give it a shot to eliminate the rest of these extra pounds. Thanks

Interesting info - it's true about having to trick our bodies, especially as metabolism changes too. Started seeing much better results once I'd figured that out.

Good Hub good. information

I had a problem to commit to weight loss.The first step or my first move in the right direction was to change the size of my meals, i mean i just ate to much .I changed the size of my plate.I know it sounds crazy but this works well.Stop piling food on to your plate.You are going to over eat.Buy a smaller plate.A simple answer.When you have done that and you still cook the same amount of food, do not throw food away make up another portion for the next day.

Get in to a habit of doing this and like me,your unwanted pounds will disappear.To change a habit can be as little as a month.
